A tool used to while teaching a group of students how to use a compass. This is not a functioning compass. The bezel and the non-magnetic compass needle needle can be rotated by hand with regards to each other and to the base plate to show how to work with the compass and a map. This teaching tool is large enough to use in front of a group.
